Exploring Voice and Song
Learn to sing – even though you’ve always thought you couldn’t!
” The neuroscience of singing shows that when we sing our neurotransmitters connect in new and different ways. It fires up the right temporal lobe of our brain, releasing endorphins that make us smarter, healthier, happier and more creative. When we sing with other people this effect is amplified.”
This March and April over 3 Thursday evenings, Jenny Thirtle, Experienced Alexander Technique teacher and opera singer will be joining me at Yoga Hut for what will be a wonderful experience for all.
Come along and enjoy finding your voice, playing with song and investigating habits you may have around using your voice.
If you think you can’t sing, but really wish you could, this is a great place to start.
When: Thursday Evening 7.30pm – 9.00pm on 21 and 28 March, and 4 April.
$75.00 for 3 sessions
