Linda began practicing yoga in 2000 whilst working as a busy corporate executive. She soon realised the immense benefits not only on the physical body but also discovered that yoga brought a deep sense of wellbeing and stillness. She is passionate about sharing the joys and benefits of yoga with you.
After practicing and exploring a variety of yoga styles, somatics and energy based systems; Linda qualified as a SomaChi Yoga Instructor RYT200 with Lianne Metcalf in 2009 and is strongly influenced by the teachings of Donna Farhi. She is a member of SomaChi Yoga Association (Australian) and Yoga Alliance (International). Linda is also a qualified Massage Therapist and member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists.
Linda’s classes are physically active, energy focused, nurturing and considered. Her caring approach encourages you to stay within your own range of comfortable movement while still challenging you to deepen and embody the practice.
